VIP tiers are permanent — once reached, a tier is never removed or downgraded regardless of future activity. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses within the relevant period and credited to your account in PKR. Cashback credits are subject to a wagering requirement of 1x before withdrawal unless stated otherwise for your specific tier.
CT555 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, tier thresholds or cashback rates with reasonable notice to affected members. Changes will never apply retroactively to cashback already credited or benefits already active.

CT555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
